I'm starting to get irritated at President Bush for throwing this election to John Kerry. A year and a half ago this President had the highest approval ratings in history, and now we're looking at 48%/ 48% polls showing a neck and neck race. This shouldn't even be a contest between President Bush and Kerry, and it's starting to piss me off. The public has on tape Senator Kerry switching positions day by day over the past year, shifting with the political winds. The guy obviously will say w...
The first article in this series was a primer for some serious blogging about The United States of America, it's current choices, the future it faces and the consequences of this countries likely future on you, the reader. Please remember, I am an American citizen and what I write about America is from a completely honest perspective. Although some of the scenarios I entertain may frighten you, they are not meant to offend, merely cause you to think. This article explores a few of the very real...
Just curious, is this what the average Kerry supporter looks like? If so, why am I scared?
Let's get together and make murder legal. After all, when someone takes a human life, they are only making a choice for themselves. Shouldn't that be a persons right? Think of the man robbing a store, shooting a clerk dead. The poor robber needed the money because of Americas economic unfairness. That robber is entitled to the same nice things other people have, and should not have to worry that someone else might turn them in. Feel for the woman that murders her cheating husband. He hurt her...
I received this email, and after checking out it's claims it's pretty much dead on. Would a Democrat care to explain how this works? " I'm Confused I'm trying to get all this political stuff straightened out in my head so I'll know how to vote come November. Right now, we have one guy saying one thing. Then the other guy says something else. Who to believe? Lemme see; have I got this straight? Clinton awards Halliburton no-bid contract in Yugoslavia - good... Bush awards Halliburt...
My voter registration card is valid. I used it 4 years ago to add my vote. And yet, not a single county shows me as registered. Nobody seems to know what to tell me to correct this problem, and honestly I'm getting a little tired talking to these people. My wife, who was registered in the same county as I was four years ago, went with me to vote. We signed in side by side and cursed Al Gores name under our breath as we entered our booths. Now, her registration has been updated to our new county....
I posted this as a reply to blogic in my "Vice President Cheneys daughter is a lesbian" blog entry. I feel there is a little confusion over the marriage amendment that needs to be cleared up: "Marriage in the United States shall consist only of the union of a man and a woman. Neither this Constitution, nor the constitution of any State, shall be construed to require that marriage or the legal incidents thereof be conferred upon any union other than the union of a man and a woman." This i...
President Bush looks GREAT tonight, and Kerry looks like he's spinning out the same old garbage, repeating himself over and over. BUT Bush just made a HUGE mistake. We will see if if Rock the Vote picks up on it over the next 3 weeks. More as the debate progresses...
Over the past few months I've seen the Democrats cry foul everytime President Bush or Vice President Cheney talk about an attack on our homeland, and it's time someone put this into perspecitive. Let's look at why the American public SHOULD be afraid, and what the most important issue of this election really is: Biochemical or nuclear attack within the borders of the United States of America. Consider this scenario: Militant jihadists aligned with any of the multiple anti-American terror ce...
Some guy shoots himself over the 2004 election. Now someone has set themself on fire in front of the White House. At this rate the USA won't have any liberals left in 2008.
So I posted about politics anyway. Clinton and nukes are two subjects you rarely see in the same sentence. Honestly, I sat down today to write up my entry on global warming, the next Ice Age and why we need to be concerned. And then, re-researching old (and new) links I have on the subject, I kept stumbling across the same figure over and over: human CO2 emmissions account for just .06% of total global CO2 emmissions. Thats so little it stopped and made me think, do we really know whats going o...
So I've eaten a few brains these past few weeks. The elections have come and gone, and they were indeed exciting. Good job to Republicans. Now it's time to put that aside and move on to some very important non-partisan issues that I have become extremely concerned with over the past year. Issues concerning the enviroment and the future of humanity. VERY important issues based on some recent scientific data: the oil peak, food overgrowth and (ready for this?) the upcoming ICE AGE! Sounds craz...
In a previous blog entry I asked for unity between Conservatives and Liberals. However, I need to amend that: If you are crying about the results of the election, if you think it's the end of the world, if you all you can do is whine, then please, SHUT UP ALREADY! This was a public service message by Zombie, Inc. Eating Liberal brains since 1970..."
Even though it is likely that President Bush will take the Electoral vote tonight, whisperings amongst Democrats are encouraging contesting votes in Ohio, which could throw this election upside down. Anyone else tired of this?
When President Bush crosses that 270 electoral mark, will Kerry be man enough to concede? Don't bloody count on it.
