So I posted about politics anyway. Clinton and nukes are two subjects you rarely see in the same sentence. Honestly, I sat down today to write up my entry on global warming, the next Ice Age and why we need to be concerned.
And then, re-researching old (and new) links I have on the subject, I kept stumbling across the same figure over and over: human CO2 emmissions account for just .06% of total global CO2 emmissions. Thats so little it stopped and made me think, do we really know whats going on?
I don't think we do. There are so many camps out there, all from respected universities and organizations that say so many different thing: global warming is occurring that will burn the Earth, global warming will trigger a European Ice Age, global warming will trigger a super Ice Age, global warming is mans fault, not mans fault but natural...and the creepy thing is, EVERYONE has charts, graphs, measurements and all sorts of scientific data to back them up.
So I'm not going to write about that after all. Too many loose ends, too much can be disputed, too much might be taken more politically than it deserves to be taken.
Youre still going to get the article about the Oil Peak. Everyone needs to know about this, and its pretty one sided: all the enviromentalists, governments, oil companies and conservation organizations agree the oil peak is close, if we havent already passed it.
As for Keine mehr Politik, well, I may cheat a little... no reason to let everyone else have all the fun.
